Restores your teammates' health and grants them total invulnerability for a few seconds. Skillful use of the Medic can dramatically shift the outcome of the battle.

The Decal Tool is a single-use tool item, represented by a red utility knife on top of a slightly peeled-off red decal sticker of the Team Fortress logo. The Decal Tool can be used to apply a custom texture (or ‘decal’) onto items that allow it. Purchasing any item that the Decal Tool can be used on from the Mann Co. Store will also give players one free Decal Tool.

The Kritzkrieg is an unlockable secondary weapon for the Medic. Similar in appearance to both the Medi Gun and Quick-Fix, it sports an additional fixture to the barrel with two glowing yellow lights on each side. The Kritzkrieg’s beam has small yellow particles flowing into the recipient.

The Quick-Fix is a secondary weapon for the Medic. It is a prototype Medi Gun with a group of three gauges on one side, a (cosmetic) ÜberCharge gauge on the other side, and what appears to be a blender for a body. The main gun is coupled with a medicinal reactor backpack with glowing portions that replaces Medic’s default backpack.

The Crusader’s Crossbow is a community-created primary weapon for the Medic. It is a wooden crossbow with a metal barrel attached to a canister housing a syringe. The Medic’s class icon is present on both the canister and the frame of the Crusader’s Crossbow.

The Vaccinator is a community-created secondary weapon for the Medic. It roughly resembles a heavily-modified, more futuristic team-colored Medi Gun, with a team-colored, glowing liquid-filled beaker attached to the lower middle section, a small monitor left of the main body and additional cables and valves. It also changes the stock Medi Gun backpack to a small Canteen-like device.

The Captain Cardbeard Cutthroat is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a team-colored pirate hat and beard combo made out of cardboard and sloppily colored in. When worn by the Pyro, a yellow buckle is added to their belt.

The Overdose is a primary weapon for the Medic. It is a prototype Syringe Gun, sporting a white and team-colored needle disposal container in place of a needle cache.

The Conscientious Objector is a community-created melee weapon for all classes with the exception of the Engineer and the Spy. It is a broken down wooden sign which has been ripped from the ground. The frame of the sign sits at a slightly crooked angle, with several bloodstains and a variety of old nails studding its surface. A worn sheet of paper bearing an image of the Team Fortress 2 logo is nailed to the front of the sign. This logo can be replaced with another image via the Decal Tool.

The Crossing Guard is a community-created melee weapon for all classes with the exception of the Engineer and the Spy. It is a slightly weathered railroad crossing sign with glowing team-colored lights. It appears to have been uprooted violently from its base, as a pair of wires are seen sticking out of the bottom end.

The Ubersaw is an unlockable melee weapon for the Medic. It is a cleaver-like blade fixed into a bonesaw grip, with a large syringe filled with team-colored, glowing liquid.

The Teufort Knight is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes, except the Pyro. It is a helmet based on the Arkham Knight, with slick edges and white slits for eyeholes.
