Delivery and refund policy

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Delivery and Refund Policy:

  1. “Company” or “Website Owner” – refers to CRP IT Solutions OÜ, having its registered office at Narva mnt 4 Kesklinna linnaosa 10117, Tallinn;
  2. “Website” – refers to the website: https://eliteskinshop.org/;
  3. “User” or “You”, “Yours” – refers to an individual accessing or using the Service, who is at least 18 years old and consents to comply with this Delivery and Refund Policy;
  4. “Services” – refers to the services delivered to the User by the Website Owner via the Website;
  5. “Account” refers to a unique account created for you to access our Services or parts of our Service;
  6. “Skin” is the digital item that players can obtain in games. They alter the appearance of the player’s character on the screen. The Skins are specific products on the Website.

DELIVERY POLICY

As soon as you complete payment for the Skin on the Website, the Skin will be delivered to your Account.

The Website provides a guarantee that you will receive the Skin you paid for.

After a Skin is purchased, the Website will contact you to gather additional information about your Steam account. Once the required details are provided, the Skin will be transferred to the specified Steam account within 5 days.

REFUND POLICY

Skins are virtual (digital) content. All transactions involving Skin purchases are final and not subject to cancellation.

If you did not receive the Skin or if you received it in corrupted form, please contact our support team by email: [email protected]

If the Skins were not purchased by you and your payment information was used fraudulently, contact us immediately. We will investigate the case and if the money is still in our system, we will issue a refund.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing us at [email protected]

CHANGES TO THIS DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY

We may update our Delivery and Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Delivery and Refund Policy on this page.

We will inform you via a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Delivery and Refund Policy.

You are advised to review this Delivery and Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Delivery and Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Delivery and Refund Policy, and the relationship between you and Company shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Estonia.

If you are a consumer, any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between you and Company relating to this Delivery and Refund Policy, or the relationship between you and Company (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

Should any part of this Delivery and Refund Policy become incompatible with any laws or regulations by a court of law, and if the court of law should determine such clauses to be invalid or unlawful, this will only apply to the affected part of the Delivery and Refund Policy. Such a declaration will not make the entirety of this Delivery and Refund Policy unenforceable.
